Everyday Cam
We thought we would start with some quick intros to our everyday styles. Running my own company means I sometimes work from home in sweats all morning and then have to run around town to meet with customers in the afternoon. Most days, I’m in jeans and a t-shirt. Fit is very important to me, even for the most casual clothes because I always want to look fairly cleaned up and put together. Lately I’ve been sporting a lot of polo shirts for a crisp, clean summery look.
Glynn makes fun of me because I usually have on more accessories than she does. I pretty much always have a bandana tied around a belt loop or tucked into my pocket. Glynn got me this white one from Imogene + Willie for summer. The anchor bracelet is a new pickup from Miansai. The white rope tie goes with everything from swim trunks to a summer suit. My hat was made for me by Gunner Foxx. I wear it almost everyday so you’ll be seeing a lot of it here.
Naturally, as a vintage watch dealer I am always wearing new pieces that I am buying and selling. The watch I am wearing here is a 1978 Rolex GMT Master ‘Pepsi’ MKIII radial dial. The radial dial is the rarest variant of this 1675 reference. I love these small, almost unnoticeable details that make these things special. It makes me smile because it is not something most people would notice or know about.
The Filson bag I had owned for almost a decade was stolen a few months ago (do not leave anything in your car in San Francisco!) I was crushed. It had worn in perfectly after years of daily use and countless plane flights. I decided to cheat a little on my replacement and picked up a vintage one from eBay. It is a bit bulkier than my old style and I haven’t quite gotten used to it.
